A headshot of Jess McCabe, owner of Solear Consulting

Jess McCabe founded Solear Consulting after 10+ years growing companies from the ground up. Jess previously worked as an executive leader in tech and finance and oversaw operations, revenue, and people.

What Jess loves most is being an archeologist of human behavior. She loves digging deep to find out who someone is and how they can make the most impact in an organization. With human understanding at the forefront, Jess has helped businesses define and create their culture, bring innovation and structure to their practices, grow revenue, and build rockstar teams.

Jess has a deeply introspective nature. She is soulful, curious, focused, and fearless. She connects meaningfully with others easily. These aspects of who she is, coupled with her intense drive, high standards, and ability to execute, fueled her on a journey that took her to the top of executive leadership and all over the world. At Ookla, she started in sales and ended up in Dublin, Ireland where she headquartered the company abroad and served as the Executive Head of Europe, The Middle East, and Africa.

First on the ground and responsible for all aspects of growing and leading a business, she built an all-star team from scratch and tripled the Company’s revenue in the region.

Since returning stateside, Jess dedicated four years to a New York-based investment advisory, training their leadership team, growing their talent base, and building a strong cultural and structural foundation for them to grow on.

Today, she partners with companies looking to do the same—turning vision into structure, strategy, and sustainable growth.

Jess holds a BA in International Affairs from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of Seville. Just as committed to personal growth as professional, she has traveled the world studying different modalities of spiritual development.

She lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband, Dyer, their growing family, and a home filled with animals. When she’s not consulting or traveling, you’ll find her at the barn, embracing the deep sense of connection and peace that comes from being in nature.
